Sawadde Kha, my name is Anastasya Kurnia Dewi, you can call me Anas. I am 21 years old. I’m a student of Elementary School Teacher Education in Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Surakarta, Indonesia.
I would to share my experiences to be apart of SEA Teacher Project Batch 8th. The duration of this program is for a month from August 2nd-31th August 2019 at Chiang Mai, Thailand, with the Host University, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU) and the receiving school is Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Demostration School.
The SEA Teacher Project or the “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia” is a project organized by the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). By collaborating with universties in Southeast Asia, the project aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences (practicum) in schools in other countries in Southeast Asia. This program develop to improve the quality of education in Southeast Asia and revitalize teacher education, as well as to improve the quality of teachers in their countries.
